Honouring Remembrance Day: A Time to Reflect and Remember

Today, our school came together in a heartfelt assembly to commemorate Remembrance Day. Students participated in poignant poem readings, reflecting on the sacrifices made by our brave servicemen and women. Through emotional performances and thoughtful discussions, we honoured their memory, reminding ourselves of the importance of peace and unity.

Class activities included creating beautiful poppy displays, symbolising hope and remembrance, and writing letters to veterans, expressing our gratitude for their courage and dedication. The day served not only as a time for reflection but also as an opportunity to instil the values of respect and empathy in our young learners.
