Brownmead Bucket List

At Brownmead Academy, we believe that education is about so much more than academic success. The Brownmead Bucket List has been carefully designed to ensure that every child enjoys a rich range of experiences that broaden horizons, develops character and create memories that last a lifetime. 

Through a carefully planned journey from EYFS to Year 6, children will take part in exciting activities, visit new places, embrace challenges and discover talents and interests they may never have known they had. From camping under the stars and exploring historical sites to performing on stage and learning life skills, these experiences help children build confidence, resilience, independence and curiosity about the world around them. 

We recognise that not all children have the same opportunities outside of school. The Brownmead Bucket List is our commitment to ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has access to memorable experiences that enrich their childhood and help them develop the knowledge, skills and cultural capital needed for future success. 

Our aim is that every Brownmead child leaves primary school with a collection of treasured memories, a greater understanding of the world, and the confidence to embrace new opportunities. The Brownmead Bucket List is about creating experiences they will remember forever and helping them become happy, successful and well-rounded individuals.
