Headteacher's Welcome

Welcome to Brownmead school. I am proud to be the Head Teacher of this family orientated school. A school that has seen many changes in the last few years but a school that is working hard to achieve excellence.

Being part of the Washwood Heath Multi-Academy Trust has given the school some much needed stability and has created a range of new opportunities for our children and staff to explore. This relationship is the corner stone to any further development at Brownmead.

Our ethos has been built around our Brownmead Values which was written by pupils, staff and governors to provide a framework through which everyone who comes into our school, is able to buy into and succeed. Our mission is to ensure that we have a school community that empowers and inspires all. The hard work from staff and the relationships with our families give us the opportunity to provide a quality education for all children who cross the Brownmead threshold. This popular school is always fully subscribed and that is testament to it’s popularity locally.

My aim as Head Teacher is to create an environment in which we all develop and grow together educationally and emotionally; providing a range of opportunities, to support the teaching and learning for all.

Our doors are always open and the team would be delighted to welcome any further enquiries you may have.
